In these dinners, we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll explore the culinary character of our foodshed through meals drawn entirely from small agricultural and cultural areas.<\/p>\n<p>For our first dinner, on Wednesday, July 18th, we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll celebrate the produce of a small pocket of the northern Catskills centered around our own farm in Oak Hill, New York.<\/p>\n<p>Food for the dinner will come from these farms, all within a few minutes of each other:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 13px;\">\n<li>Heather Ridge in Preston Hollow (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.heather-ridge-farm.com\">http:\/\/www.heather-ridge-farm.com<\/a>): lamb, honey<\/li>\n<li>Old Field Farm in Cornwallville. (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.artandagriculture.com\">http:\/\/www.artandagriculture.com<\/a>): Eggs, pork, and vegetables<\/li>\n<li>Journey\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s End Farm in Oak Hill (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.twelvetribes.com\/community\/oak-hill\">http:\/\/www.twelvetribes.com\/community\/oak-hill<\/a>): vegetables<\/li>\n<li>Goatfell Farm in Oak Hill. (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.goatfellfarm\">http:\/\/www.goatfellfarm.com)<\/a>: vegetables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The dinner will be served at Parish Hall starting at 7:30.
